Here are three easy ways of making a reservation at the Clearwater Guesthouse.
  1. Use the quick and easy real-time reservation calendar system which you will see on the right side of this web page. To start, simply click on the first day of the period you are interested in and then all subsequent dates.* Fill out the form on this page and press “submit”. E-mail us with your contact information, the days in which you are interested, the number of people in your party, vehicle make and model and license plate number. We will respond to your request confirming the availability of the house. Once you have received our response, send your non-refundable deposit of one night’s rent($50 or $60), to Joe Novak, 2501 North Puget Sound, Tacoma, WA 98406 within one week. If we have not received your non-refundable deposit within one week we will re-open the dates to other potential visitors.

  2. Call us at 253.759.8738 and ask about the availability of the dates you’d like.

  3. Write us at 2501 North Puget Sound, Tacoma, WA 98406, requesting your dates.
*Please reserve all dates carefully as cancellations are costly to both visitors and us.
