Reservations Yes, it's time to give serious consideration to the dates you'd like to lock in for the months ahead. As was the case the past couple years the website calendar at www.clearwaterguesthouse.com is your first stop in doing this. Go to the site and the calendar and click on the dates you'd like. Then, type in the simple information called for, click on "submit" and it's a deal. I'll get back to you when I see your reservation come through on my e-mail. The key is to reserve your dates early so that you'll have the best chance to have your first choice. This year I will be raising rates slightly. It is the first such increase since 1998 so I'm sure you all understand where I'm coming from. Very expensive electric rates and higher property taxes are the culprits-things all of you have been dealing with, too. However, I think you'll all agree that the new rates are fair and affordable. Those of you who are repeat customers will, of course, receive a 10% discount off the new base rates which I have included in this newsletter. Rates will continue to be based upon 5 visitors or less, with extra visitors costing an extra $5.00 each per night of stay. Dates must be reserved by sending in a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 within one week of making the reservation. Final balances are due one week prior to the beginning of your stay. This is as it has been for 16 years so I'm sure you all know the drill. |
