Reservations for 2005
Most of you have already visited a number of times and know the drill pretty well but let me remind those of you who wish to visit the guesthouse that reservations are set up on a "first in line, first in time" basis. So, it's critical that you step up early enough to get the dates you're most interested in. The process remains the same. First, go to www.clearwaterguesthouse.com and check the reservations calendar to see what's currently available(right now, of course, you have your pick of most of the best dates). Next, choose the dates you'd like carefully. Please do not book dates based upon speculation that you might be able to go at that time. Remember: your first night's deposit is non-refundable but , more important, whenever a party books on speculation it freezes someone else out, someone who is definitely interested in those dates. Since there is only one guesthouse to rent both I and prospective visitors lose out if reservations are not followed through upon. This is the Clearwater way. Please choose your dates carefully for everyone's benefit. Once you've submitted your reservation on the site calendar you have one week to send in the first night's deposit. The amount of your deposit depends upon time of year and any returning visitor discount you're receiving. Finally, a week prior to your stay your balance is due. Rates will be the same as 2004 and are posted at the site as is lots of other information about the guesthouse and area.
