*All rates are based upon 5 or less visitors. If you are planning a larger party we will discuss its number and your needs prior to your stay. This is a very important consideration. All parties with more than 5 members must clear this at time of booking.

If you are planning a larger gathering such as a family reunion, club outing, etc. we may be able to help arrange for additional space in a portion of the house not normally rented to guests.
